Find the Cure for Celiac

Celiac Disease is a hidden aliment affecting millions and lurking in just as many. It is simply the inability for the body to process a few of the most common additives in the modern world; wheat, barely, and rye. More specifically gluten. If someone with this disease has something with even tiny amounts of gluten which is considered just 20 parts per million, they can experience severe stomach pain, headaches and more while at the same time doing massive amounts of damage to their internal organs. 

Currently there is no cure or even treatment, only avoiding what triggers the reaction to wheat, barley and rye.
